Frequently asked

The questions we hear on every first call.

Do we have to leave our current acquirer or processor?

No. AcceptanceOne is gateway-agnostic and multi-processor. You keep the acquiring relationships you have today and route through them via our orchestration layer. We route to your acquirers, we don't replace them.

How long does implementation take?

A first sub-tenant is typically live in 60 to 90 days. Full portfolio migration is scoped per engagement against our standard commercial template, which we share on the first call.

What about PCI compliance and security?

The platform is architected for PCI DSS Level 1 and SOC 2 Type II. Card data is tokenized at the edge; we never store PANs in your application code. Every mutation is written to an immutable audit log.

Can we white-label it under our brand?

Yes. Every tenant runs under its own brand, domain, and merchant experience. The AcceptanceOne name never appears in front of your merchants unless you choose. Multi-tenant hierarchy handles PayFacs, sub-merchants, and locations natively.

How is this different from Stripe or Adyen?

Stripe and Adyen are acquirers first with an SDK on top. AcceptanceOne is the operating layer around whatever acquirer or processor you use, including them. We handle orchestration, risk, merchant lifecycle, and reconciliation across every rail you run.

What happens to our existing merchant portfolio?

Merchants migrate in cohorts. The current processor stays active until each cohort is cut over. No net-new integration work is required on the merchant side, and we can run parallel processing during the migration window for validation.

Who is behind AcceptanceOne?

AcceptanceOne is founded by Austin Talley, with twenty years of enterprise payments infrastructure behind the platform. Multiple enterprise tenants are in production today. Read more on the About page.
